Where to Stay in Cyprus.

Visitor Accomodation ranges from cosy villas and apartments to 3,4 and 5 star Resort Hotels.

Most Hotels provide modern common areas, contemporary room amenities and a high level of service.

Hotels with 3 stars and over have at least one swimming pool and usually at least one restaurant. Buffet style dining is very popular and combines Cypriot and International Cuisine.

Apartments are particulary popular among those who value independence, budget conscious travellers and guests planning a longer stay in Cyprus.

Getting around in Cyprus.

The best way to get around Cyprus is by car. Hire cars can be arranged either in advance or through a local agency once in Cyprus.

If you do not wish to drive yourself, intercity service taxis and regular taxis are readily available.

Public Transport until mid-July 2010 was available but limited. Now, there has been a complete overhaul of the system and the new bus timetables can be found here.

Also, close to the Centre is the Cyprus Tourist Office for further information and also maps to use for guidance around both Ayia Napa and the rest of the island.
