Set off the main road on the outskirts of Paralimni as soon as you enter from Ayia Napa the Cava Restaurant provides its customers with a high quality service all around.
We were 6 diners for the meal and the first thing to notice upon your arrival is the table at the entrance with some of the wines available to accompany a meal. The restaurant is split into an open air and closed environment suitable for all times of year and weather. The restaurant was clean and the tables well laid out accompanied with real cloth napkins. The starting drinks were asked for quickly and served beautifully. The group decided to have two bottles of Wine, one red and one white. The red wine was Decanted and left to rest before being served with the meal.
Starters for the meal consisted of Soup of The Day (A Homemade Tomato Soup), Stuffed Tomatoes, King size Prawns in Garlic Sauce and Vegetable Tempura accompanied with two sauces. The main course was made up of the following dishes; Salmon a la Chef, Beef Stroganoff, Special Steak, Pork Fillet with a Mustard Sauce, Pork Fillet a la Chef and Steak a la Chef. The meals were also accompanied by a choice of Chips, Jacket Potatoes or Rice according to desire. As for deserts, Chocolate Lava, Almond Tart, Black Forest Ice Cream and an After 8 were ordered with a Cava Surprise coming as a surprise for our evening. Yiannaki defiinitely recommends to have the Cava Surprise. The Cava Restaurant has live music every Monday (in the background) and it also has a specialist range of wines (and it's own large Wine Cellar within the Restaurant itself).
