Cosmelenia Apartments, Ayia Napa
Have just gotta right a review on our best holiday ever!! We booked this holiday as we were attending a wedding elsewhere in Nissi Bay and as all the family were scattered about Ayia Napa, I felt as we got the best deal. Rather than go all inclusive as we had done in the past, thinking it over and also being with family here for the wedding we decided it was best not to do that and so it turned out to be so.
The staff are amazing and a huge thanks to them all despite what other may think in their reviews.The hotel complex was perfect for us.. The pool is excellent... The rooms are basic but good, the only thing wrong was the air conditioning (not being included in the price) which is a necessity and eventually gave in to it due to the heat but definitely worth paying to have it. The prices are average, great breakfast for about €4 and happy hours at the bar and a great beer called Leon too.
Only two things I would complain about is the Thomas cook set up... The Rep is useless and was hardly there.. Seen him about 3times for the whole week, for about 5 minutes each time. Secondly our transfer coach was late and we started to panic, but as my cousin was on the same coach and we knew that they couldn't have forgoten us. When it did turn up finaly there was no apology from the transfer rep, but in my opinion it was probably due to the hangovers of some or someone got left behind as they were slightly late. (Even my cousin speculated the same thing). An idealyic place and I would recommend this to friends and family. Even when a rowdy crowd turned up but to be honest there weren't all that bad towards the end, but hey they are on their holidays too but still they could've been a little quieter.
Defo will be back here again and hope for more of the same.
