Carnival Events for Ayia Napa

Ayia Napa gears up for the run in to Easter with 2 events hosted by the open School of Ayia Napa.

The first is on Friday, February 05 from 8.30pm (20.30hrs) at the Aeneas Hotel. Entertainment for the evening is provided by the Cultural Association "Cavo Greco" with songs and dance to have fun with and also bingo (Translating from the leaflet given out). All this for €25.

Then on Sunday, February 07 between 11am and 2pm (11.00 -14.00hrs) there is a Children's Carnival parade. From the Grigoris Afxentiou road (The road leading to the Square where the SFC is) down to the Town Hall. Children can come along with their parents or by themselves. There will be music, dancing and fun along with clowns and people on Stilts (Wooden long legs).
