13th International Folk Festival
The festival starting on Saturday 28th, which will also visit Ayia Napa the following day will have representatives from Cyprus, Greece, Poland, Slovenia and Ecuador. For the first time this year, 5 (five) countries will take place in the festival which will visit 5 different places on the East and South East of the Island with Poland, Slovenia and Ecuador as new comers to the festival.
The following groups will be performing:
From Cyprus: The Laografikos group of Sotira "I Klironomia", The Kimon Xylotimpou Group and The folk group "Ormidia"
From Greece: The Ayia Paraskevi Kozanis group and The Neoi (New) Epivates group.
From Poland: The Hrubieszow Region group.
From Slovakia: The Slnecnica group and finally,
From Ecuador: The Expresion Latinoamericana group.
