Ayia Napa has now become one of Europe's most popular clubbing and holiday destinations.

Now with thousands of clubbers coming from all over the world to Ayia Napa on the South East coast of Cyprus and for the last 2 years also hosting a Worlds Top 100 Club as voted by the clubbers themselves.

If you are used to clubbing in other Clubbing Centrals like Ibiza etc, you are going to really enjoy the Different Clubber Experience that you can only find in Ayia Napa with so many styles and culture of music.

Larnaca Airport is the closest airport at around 45 minutes drive to take you to Ayia Napa clubbing central which still has an incredible 12/3 nightclubs all within a 1 mile radius!

Over the last 2 years, the Big Names from the Djing world have been over with Ministry of Sound Djs, Ferry Corsten, Alex Kidd (and is returning again for 2011), Mauro Picotto, Tall Paul, Mark Knight, Gavyn MytchelDubfire aka Deep Dish, John Digweed, Fergie and from the RnB and Garage Scene - Sun City, Supa D with Footloose, Kimet, Pioneer, Angie B, Slim Ting, Funky Junky, Candy Shop, Ghetto, Griminal, Tempa T, Wiley, Roll Deep, Spyro, Heartbroken, DJ Total, B.O.D.R, Slick Don, DJ Nightmare, Bass Boy and of course not forgetting Cyprus and Ayia Napa's own Snipper.

As you can see a great range and that is only a few as the DJs are in there numbers again this season, like every season now in Agia Napa. Also seeing a few local Cypriot DJ's, like Mario Chris taking control of the decks on some nights.

The music in Agia Napa has moved from the Garage days, and now Trance and House stand as the main styles with RnB, Hip-hop, Funk and Electro along with some great music from other European cities in themed clubs. 2010 saw the return of Drum & Bass as well as some Dubstep nights.

There are plenty of clubs catering for all genres and ages and these also vary from your 70’s 80’s party discos as well as an open air Reggae club when the nights are warmer as well as a Beach Club on the outskirts of town where Above & Beyond performed in July 2010.

Many of the Ayia Napa Clubs also work with the local bars to provide as a warm up for them and even offer tickets at a lower price than on the door and keep an eye out for the PR’s, they’ll also be selling tickets beforehand but be polite as you are only 1 and they are many, so they don’t know if you already got a ticket.

For the winter tourist, there are still one or two to choose from or you may visit any of the Greek & International clubs, which reopen or swap styles for the winter season.

Let’s not forget there are also a number of Gentlemen/Strip Clubs also in Agia Napa for those who desire to visit or even for a Stag Night.
